Who Would Benefit: Anyone can benefit from a personal trainer. Whether you are a first time exerciser wanting to get healthier, or an experienced lifter who would like to refine their movement patterns. I can specifically tailor my expertise to your goals.

Why It’s Important: We all know exercising is important. But sometimes you need the motivation to get started, expertise to prevent injury or accountability to keep going. My experience training various populations and experience levels has taught me effective ways to overcome these barriers.

PAIR UP.

Buddy or Small Group Training

What You Get: Have a friend, roommate, or significant other you’d like to train with? Pair up! Similar to personal training, I will help you and one other individual through your fitness journeys. I will assess each of your movement patterns separately, and create an exercise program that addresses each of your movement compensations, with your personal goals in mind.

Who Would Benefit: Anyone will benefit from training with a partner. Training with someone else is fun and can hold you more accountable, while enjoying the experience. You can push each other, while doing it together.

Why It’s Important: Finding a sustainable exercise routine is difficult. Common barriers like motivation, accountability, and time, can be more easily overcome by training with a partner.

Individualized Nutrition Coaching

What You Get: Dedicated, regularly scheduled nutrition sessions. Eating healthy, unprocessed, whole foods is easier said than done. I will guide you along strategic, and sustainable pathways to improve your diet. I will tailor my expertise and our plan of action to directly correlate with your goals. Whether you want to lose body fat, increase lean mass, or maintain your body composition.

Who Would Benefit: Everyone will benefit from nutrition coaching. No matter what your goals are, or what stage of life you are in, having a healthy relationship with food is important.

Why It’s Important: Diet is vital to attaining a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t matter how hard or long you train, if you eat processed foods, high amounts of sugar, or make other unhealthy choices, you won’t see the results you are looking for. We will come up with a sustainable game plan that works for you.

Individualized Program Design.

What You Get: A personalized exercise program tailored directly to your goals, and movement patterns. Bi-monthly check-ins to discuss program progression, and necessary modifications.

Who Would Benefit: The intermediate to advanced exerciser. Individuals who train regularly, and need a professional to create their exercise programs. We will discuss your ideal training frequency, optimal phases of periodization, and your desired results prior to the creation of your program.

Why It’s Important: Every time you exercise you should have a plan. I will make sure your program is right for you. We all have different bodies, we all move differently, so our exercise programs should be different. There are hundreds online programs that promise weight loss or strength gains. Conforming to these generalized programs can lead to injury, and may not be optimal for you. I will ensure the your individualized program is effective, efficient, and safe.
